Chief Development Officer

Racheal Seibert, JD, is Chief Development Officer for Hospice of the Western Reserve. She directs and oversees all philanthropic activities, directly supporting the care provided to nearly 2,300 patients a day in an 11 county Northern Ohio service area.RachealS.JPG

Following law school, Seibert began her career in the nonprofit world at the Cleveland Museum of Art. From there she went on to work as the Program Manager for the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation, where she gained extensive experience in leadership development and nonprofit management. Her experience also includes leadership at Fuchs Mizrachi School and College Now Greater Cleveland. A seasoned professional, Seibert most recently served as Senior Director of Development for Case Alumni Association.

A Member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and Northern Ohio Charitable Gift Planners, Seibert holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in addition to a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy and Analysis from Bowling Green State University.
