Laura K. Rayburn MBA

President of the Hospice of the Western Reserve Foundation

Laura K. Rayburn was appointed President of the Hospice of the Western Reserve Foundation in June, 2020.  A veteran fundraiser, Ms. Rayburn is responsible for all philanthropic activities and the establishment of the Hospice of the Western Reserve Foundation.  


Prior, Rayburn served as Vice President of Development for Saint Martin de Porres high school where she successfully completed the school’s Phase II Capital Campaign and drove unrestricted annual support. Rayburn has also held leadership positions with the Great Lakes Science Center and The Cleveland Orchestra. 

Before joining the nonprofit sector, Rayburn worked in consumer brand marketing as a brand manager for ICI Paints and Nestlé, USA.  Rayburn holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Kent State University and an MBA from John Carroll University.  Rayburn served on the Board of the St. Clair Superior Development Corporation and Friends of the Cleveland Heights/University Heights Library.
