State Tested Nursing Assistant STNA

Location: Cleveland, Fairview Park, Lorain

General Responsibility:  Provide personal care under the supervision of a nurse according to the patent’s plan of care. Collaborate with transdisciplinary team in a variety of settings. There are 1st and 2nd shift positions available and also weekend program shifts.

Requirements: Must be able to read and write English proficiently; must be state tested and in good standing; have completed a certified Home Health Aide Training Program including 16 hours of classroom experience
