Help make the holidays a little sweeter for the patients and families of Hospice of the Western Reserve by joining in our Annual Holiday Greeting Card Exchange!

Make a gift in lieu of mailing holiday cards and your name will be included in the News Herald’s full-page community greeting card published on Christmas morning. Let your friends and family know that instead of mailing cards this year, you are committed to helping hospice patients and their loved ones make the most of every day.

Since the Exchange began, community members have given more than $370,000. Every dollar donated stays in the community, benefiting your neighbors, co-workers, friends and loved ones.

Among the programs your generosity will support:
  • Patients and their families living with serious or chronic illness.
  • Pediatric hospice and comfort care for seriously ill children.
  • Bereavement counseling and children’s bereavement camps.
  • Moments to Remember - a program that fulfills special end-of-life wishes for our patients.

To participate, simply donate the amount you would typically spend on greeting cards and postage. Reserve or make a gift by phone by calling 855.475.0245.

You may also donate by check, please send to:
Greeting Card Exchange, c/o Hospice of the Western Reserve
34900 Chardon Road, Chagrin North Building 1, Suite 105, Willoughby Hills, OH 44094

To include your name in the Holiday Greeting, we must receive your donation by Thursday, December 19. Your gift is fully tax-deductible.

Thank you for your support.
