Winter is an Opportunity for Renewal

Our winters on the shores of Lake Erie are fraught with grey days and hazardous conditions. These can take a toll on the grieving process and contribute to deeper feelings of sadness. Finding ways to remember and maintain an enduring connection with the deceased is one way to manage. Grief evolves and changes over time. It doesn't happen in orderly stages and one doesn't get over it.
