Healing Hearts
This group for adults who have lost a loved one offers a safe place to express emotions, tell your story and receive education about grief and loss to help normalize and validate your experience. You can also learn ways to problem-solve and navigate challenging situations.
Time: 4 to 5:30 p.m.
