HMC Hospice of Medina County
Medina Inpatient Hospice Unit
At HMC Hospice of Medina County, we make every effort to create a comfortable environment for our patients and their families. The building was designed to allow patients and their loved ones to enjoy the beautiful grounds and offers a courtyard and gazebo. HMC Hospice of Medina County is also home to the Robertson Bereavement Center, a part of Western Reserve Grief Services. This community-based grief support program provides services throughout Northern Ohio.

We Can Help
Speak with the referral team by contacting us 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We will do our best to schedule a visit on the same day it is needed.
