Hospice of the Western Reserve and Stein Hospice Unite Under New Organizational Structure
Cleveland, Ohio (April 1, 2022) -- As of April 1, 2022, Hospice of the Western Reserve and Stein Hospice have joined together as one organization. Hospice of the Western Reserve, headquartered in Cleveland, is the leading provider of hospice and palliative care services for patients and their loved ones in Northeast Ohio. Stein Hospice in Sandusky has a service area encompassing Erie, Huron, Ottawa, Lorain, Sandusky, Seneca and surrounding counties.
Both Hospice of the Western Reserve and Stein Hospice have collaborated in the hospice and palliative care field for decades. Bill Finn, President and CEO of Hospice of the Western Reserve, praised retiring Stein Hospice CEO Jan Bucholz for her leadership and collaboration.
