Hospice of the Western Reserve named to the John A. Hartford Foundation Tipping Point Challenge
We’re excited to share that Hospice of the Western Reserve has been named to the honor roll for the John A. Hartford Foundation Tipping Point Challenge!
The challenge, sponsored by the Foundation and the Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC), recognizes palliative care programs improving delivery of care and the lives of people living with serious illnesses. It is named for the critical moment at which a patient or family realizes they need help – the tipping point. HWR and its staff were recognized for our commitment to training, working with complex cases and supporting families.
“Hospice of the Western Reserve has done an exemplary job among palliative care specialists and non-palliative care specialists alike,” said the CAPC’s Marketing Manager, Melissa Baron.
