Hospice of the Western Reserve is actively working to ensure the safety of our patients, families, volunteers and staff during the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19). The agency is closely monitoring COVID-19 and following guidance provided by the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to implement the most up-to-date recommendations for screening procedures and the delivery of care. Healing Arts & Support Groups: Virtual Options

Some of our Healing Arts Programs & Support Groups are virtual. We also offer a private HWR Grief Support Facebook Group for adults who have experienced the death of a loved one. Information resources are available on the Western Reserve Grief Services webpage.
